The weather outside is grey and feels like 72 degrees. I hope it doesn’t rain today because I’m going to do my long run of 10-12 miles. I’m kind of nervous since the marathon is only 2 weeks away. I at least want to run for 15 miles. They say that I need to have at least 3 long runs of 20 miles but I haven’t even done one.
At this rate I will definitely run/walk the marathon. The plan is to walk for 1 minute when I reach the water stops which is every mile That way, my legs will have a chance to rest and recover.
